Job summary

AIQ in Abu Dhabi seeks a Technical Project Manager to lead digital technology projects in the energy sector. You will oversee cross-functional teams, drive agile delivery, and ensure alignment with business objectives and client requirements.

The ideal candidate has extensive PM experience in complex technology programs and a track record of delivering on time and within budget in high-stakes environments.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Petroleum Engineering, or equivalent.
• 12+ years of project management experience, preferably in Oil & Gas or AI projects.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare overall project implementation plans with milestones.
• Manage end-to-end project implementation.
• Manage the project using Agile methodology.
• Coordinate and communicate project progress to stakeholders, including senior management.
• Identify and mitigate risks; maintain a risk register and action tracking.
• Monitor budgets and resource allocation across projects.
