Job summary

Quorum Software seeks a Project Manager in Abu Dhabi to lead large, complex, enterprise‑level projects. You will guide full lifecycle activities, coordinate agile teams, manage risks and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver business value in a fast‑paced oil & gas context.

The role requires blending traditional PM methods with Agile principles, supervising multi‑function teams, and ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery in a hybrid work setting from Abu Dhabi.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in software/web development with Agile.
• Experience leading multi-function teams including Developers, BAs and QA.
• Understanding of SDLC and blending Agile with traditional PM practices.
• Budgeting, execution or program management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large, complex, enterprise‑level projects.
• Oversee full project lifecycle: planning, scoping, cost estimation, scheduling, resourcing, design, monitoring and close.
• Organize project status meetings and prepare progress reports.
• Manage risks and issues with focus on delivery planning.
• Coordinate agile teams across departments for integration and alignment.
• Apply PM practices to improve efficiency and predictability.
• Coach teams and remove roadblocks to commitments.
• Support stakeholder communications and governance.
