Job summary

AIQ, Abu Dhabi-based technology leader in industrial AI, seeks a Technical Project Manager to lead digital technology projects in the oil and gas sector. You will steer cross‑functional teams, manage agile processes, and ensure on-time delivery across complex cloud-enabled initiatives.

Ideal candidates bring 12+ years in project management, proficiency in AI/Big Data projects, and PMP or equivalent credentials, with a strong grasp of the energy industry and ADNOC collaboration.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Petroleum Engineering, or equivalent.
• 12+ years of project management experience, preferably in Oil & Gas / Energy industries.
• PMP certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare overall project implementation plans with milestones.
• Manage end-to-end project implementation.
• Manage the project using Agile methodology.
• Prepare all project documentation including final report.
• Coordinate and communicate project progress, updates, and risks to stakeholders.
