Black & Grey HR is partnering with a leading fit-out company in Dubai to hire a Project Technical Manager - Fit-Out. The role leads technical coordination across architecture, interiors, MEP, ELV, fire, and specialist systems, ensuring alignment of design, documentation, and approvals.

The position requires a 10+ year track record in fit-out, strong leadership, and expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM coordination to drive timely delivery of technical deliverables and successful project

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of relevant experience, preferably in the fit-out industry.
• Strong knowledge of fit-out construction, interior finishes, joinery, and MEP coordination.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office; Revit/Navisworks a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead multidisciplinary coordination across architecture, interior design, MEP, ELV, fire and life safety, and specialist systems.
• Review design drawings, shop drawings, technical specifications, and as-built documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, landlords, and authorities for technical approvals and clarifications.
• Review material submittals, samples, mock-ups, joinery details, and alternative material proposals.
• Provide technical support to site teams and resolve design and construction-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, building codes, quality standards, and authority requirements.
• Monitor technical submissions, support value engineering, and coordinate with procurement, planning, QS, and construction teams.
• Lead technical engineers and CAD/BIM teams, ensuring timely delivery of technical documentation.
• Coordinate inspections, testing and commissioning, snagging, and final project handover.
