Technical Engineer - Cooking and Refrigeration Equipment

Type: Full-Time

Department: Technical Services

Key Responsibilities:
  • Installation and Maintenance: Install, troubleshoot, and maintain industrial kitchen equipment, focusing on cooking and refrigeration units.
  • Technical Support: Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients, addressing and resolving equipment issues promptly.
  • Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to ensure equipment operates at optimal performance.
  • Customer Training: Train clients on the proper use and maintenance of equipment to enhance their operational efficiency.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service calls, maintenance activities, and equipment performance.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to ensure seamless support for our clients.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Diploma in mechanical/electrical engineering or equivalent in related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support or maintenance of industrial kitchen equipment.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of cooking and refrigeration equipment, including troubleshooting and repair techniques.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
