Qualifications

• High attention to detail with the ability to ensure accuracy and consistency in technical content.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly documentation.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development processes is a plus.
• Experience in graphic design using Photoshop and Illustrator is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain records of catalogues received from stores for individual projects.
• Create and manage a schedule to ensure the timely release of catalogues before vehicle dispatch.
• Collaborate with Design Engineers and Electrical Engineers to understand project operations and specific requirements for inclusion in manuals.
• Participate in product testing to thoroughly understand the unit’s operation.
• Release a draft of the operation manual for QC review before vehicle testing to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Finalize and centralize all catalogues and manuals, passing them to the QC department upon project completion.
• Capture photos of vehicles and vehicle components to be used in the manuals.
• Assisted in designing decals for control panels and supported their production.
• Deliver finalized manuals (hard copies and digital formats) to the QC Department.
• Utilize tools like Photoshop and Illustrator to design manuals and decals.
• Write and update operation procedures in clear, concise language for end-users.
