Job summary

UAE Job Alert is seeking a Technical Documentation Specialist and Graphic Designer in Dubai to develop operation and maintenance manuals for vehicle projects and manage technical content. You will photoshoot vehicles, design decals, and ensure accuracy through QC collaboration.

Responsibilities include centralizing docs, coordinating catalogs, and releasing finalized manuals in print and digital formats. Strong skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Acrobat are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Technical Writing, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in technical writing, documentation management, or related areas.
• Proficiency with Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and prepare operation and maintenance manuals for various projects.
• Centralize and manage all technical documentation, including spare parts lists, drawings, and catalogs.
• Maintain records of catalogs and manage release schedules for units.
• Collaborate with Design and Electrical Engineers to incorporate conditions into manuals.
• Participate in product testing to gain knowledge of unit operations.
• Prepare draft manuals and review with QC for accuracy before vehicle testing.
• Finalize manuals and catalogs and hand off to QC at project end.
• Conduct photoshoots of vehicles and parts for manuals.
• Design and assist in printing decals for control panels during production.
• Release manuals in hard copy and digital formats to QC.
• Use Photoshop, Illustrator, and other tools to create manuals and decals.
• Write clear, concise technical procedures for operations.
