Job summary

GLOBAL IT INTEGRATION AND SERVICES LLC in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Technical Documentation Specialist to document and draw processes across an ERP system. You will create comprehensive user manuals and process documentation that clearly outline system functionalities and workflows, ensuring users can effectively navigate and utilize the system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or Communications.
• Proven experience as a technical writer or documentation specialist, preferably with ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Word, Google Docs, Confluence, and flowchart tools like Visio or Lucidchart.
• Familiarity with technical writing standards and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong familiarity with the Odoo platform and its functionalities is a plus.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

• Design process flow diagrams and visual representations of workflows using tools like Visio or Lucidchart or any similar tools
