Global IT Integration and Services is seeking a Technical Documentation Specialist to document and map ERP processes across the system. The role focuses on creating comprehensive user manuals and process documentation that clearly outline system functionalities and workflows for end-users.

You will design process flow diagrams, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure documentation remains clear, concise, and up-to-date as the system evolves.

• Document business processes and workflows within ERP system
• Create user manuals training materials and other documentation to support end-users
• Design process flow diagrams and visual representations of workflows using tools like Visio or Lucidchart or any similar tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and validate procedures
• Ensure documentation is clear concise and user-friendly
• Update and maintain documentation as the system and processes evolve
• Conduct user training sessions and gather feedback for continuous improvement
