Job summary

Socium - Teams Done Differently is seeking an experienced Business Analyst for a 12-month onsite role in Dubai, with regular travel to Abu Dhabi. The candidate will gather and document both business and technical requirements, bridging gaps between stakeholders and delivery teams.

• Strong communication and client management skills.
• Exposure to pre-sales, RFPs, bids, or proposal preparation is an advantage.
• Able to work onsite in Dubai and travel regularly to Abu Dhabi.

Location: Dubai, UAE - Onsite, with regular travel to Abu Dhabi

Contract: 12 months, with potential for extension

Eligibility: Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. Preference will be given to candidates who already hold a valid Golden Visa or are willing and eligible to obtain a freelance visa with the required business license and permits. Candidates must be able to secure the appropriate visa and work authorization independently.
