Job summary

Sinopack Search seeks an experienced Revit Architect for residential projects in Dubai. The role is hands-on and requires expert-level Revit and BIM capabilities to develop and coordinate BIM models through design development to delivery.

You will produce detailed architectural and technical drawings, ensuring coordination with structural, MEP and other consultants, and maintaining BIM standards across projects.

Qualifications

• Expert-level Revit and BIM capability.
• Strong residential architecture experience.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary consultant information.
• Strong understanding of residential detailing and construction documents.

Revit Architect – Residential

Dubai | Up to AED 13,000 per month

We are looking for an experienced BIM Architect to join an established design studio in Dubai, working predominantly across private residential projects.

This is a hands‑on role for someone with strong architectural knowledge and expert-level Revit capability.

You will be responsible for developing and coordinating BIM models, producing accurate technical information and ensuring residential projects are properly coordinated from design development through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed Revit/BIM models for residential projects
• Produce coordinated architectural and technical drawing packages
• Coordinate architectural models with structural, MEP and other consultant information

Requirements

• Previous experience working as a BIM Architect, Architectural BIM Specialist or technically focused Architect

• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary consultant information
• Good knowledge of architectural drawing packages and project delivery
