Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture (or related field).
• 8–10 years in technical architecture or architectural technology with Revit.
• Deep BIM workflow knowledge and construction documentation.
• Strong knowledge of UAE/global building codes and regulations.
• Experience leading large, complex projects through execution.
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD and other listed software.
• Excellent communication in English; team leadership ability.
• Middle East market exposure desirable, Dubai preferred.
• Sustainable design and green building background encouraged.
• Ability to mentor junior staff and lead teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Design and Technical Development: Oversee thedesign and technical development of architectural projects, ensuringalignment with client requirements and industry standards.
  


• Revit Expertise: Utilize advanced knowledge ofRevit for the development of detailed architectural models, drawings, anddocumentation. Ensure model accuracy and consistency.
  


• Project Coordination: Work collaboratively withmultidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, and contractorsto integrate and coordinate project components.
  


• Technical Specifications and Detailing: Developcomprehensive technical specifications, architectural drawings, andconstruction documentation.
  


• Code Compliance & Regulatory Knowledge: Ensurethat all projects adhere to local building codes, regulations, andindustry best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or arelated field.
  


• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in technicalarchitecture or architectural technology, including extensive work withRevit.
  


• Revit Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of Revit,including advanced 3D modeling, parametric design, BIM workflows (non-BIMspecific), and creating construction documentation.
  


• Technical Expertise: Strong understanding ofbuilding systems, materials, construction methods, and architecturaldetailing.
  


• Building Codes and Regulations: Comprehensiveknowledge of UAE and international building codes, regulations, andindustry standards.
  


• Project Experience: Proven experience in managinglarge-scale, complex architectural projects from concept through toexecution.
  


• Software Knowledge: Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD,and other relevant architectural software (e.g., Rhino, SketchUp, 3dsMax).
  


• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbalcommunication skills in English.
