Job summary

Azizi Group in Dubai seeks a Design Development & Technical Documentation specialist to translate design intent into precise technical drawings and tender packages. You will prepare ID layouts, sections, elevations, joinery details, and material specs, ensuring seamless integration with architectural and MEP drawings.

You will develop finishes schedules and coordination drawings, aligning with project requirements and UAE standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture.
• 5-10 years of relevant experience with high-rise and residential projects in the UAE.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD Revit SketchUp and Adobe Suite; knowledge of 3D visualization tools is an advantage.

• Strong understanding of interior materials finishes joinery fabrication and detailing.

• Knowledge of UAE authority standards (Dubai Municipality Trakhees DDA ADM etc.).
