Job description

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Prepare interior technical drawings detailed layouts joinery details and documentation packages for project delivery
• Translate design concepts into technically feasible and buildable solutions while maintaining the overall design intent
• Coordinate with interior designers architects consultants and suppliers throughout project stages
• Ensure compliance with local authority regulations building codes and project standards
• Review materials finishes and technical details to ensure quality functionality and constructability
• Support site coordination and resolve technical issues during construction and fit-out stages
• Coordinate and supervise junior team members during the production of technical drawings and documentation
• Maintain accuracy consistency and quality across all technical deliverables and project documentation
• Demonstrate proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD Revit SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite
• Contribute to hospitality residential high-rise and mixed-use projects with strong understanding of interior detailing and technical execution
