Job summary

Epergne Solutions seeks a Senior Technical Analyst to bridge business and technology teams within brokerage and capital markets. You will own requirements analysis, solution design, and production readiness across trading platforms and data migration.

The role demands expertise in OMS, APIs, and cloud-native architectures, with a focus on risk, regulatory reporting, and stakeholder collaboration. Expect a senior, hands-on leader guiding architecture reviews and implementation strategies.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Brokerage, Capital Markets, or Financial Services tech.
• Proven ability to coordinate across business, tech teams, and vendors.
• Experience with system implementation, modernization, migration, testing, and production releases.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Act as SME for brokerage and capital markets across the end-to-end trade lifecycle.
• Perform gap analysis and support target-state solution design.
• Support integration across trading platforms, APIs, middleware, messaging systems, and microservices.
• Participate in solution architecture and technical design reviews.
• Support data migration, reconciliation, and validation for client, account, position, and transaction data.
• SIT, UAT, deployment, go-live, and production readiness activities.
• Coordinate with business users, vendors, architects, infrastructure, and development teams.
• Prepare technical documentation, process flows, requirements, and implementation documentation.
• Identify system, integration, performance, security, and operational risks.

Role Overview:-

Senior Technical Analyst responsible for bridging business and technology teams within brokerage and capital markets environments. The role involves requirements analysis, solution design, system integration, implementation, migration, testing, and production readiness.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Act as a brokerage and capital markets SME across the end-to-end trade lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience:-

• 10+ years of experience in Brokerage, Capital Markets, Securities Trading, or Financial Services Technology.
• Strong experience as a Technical Analyst, Solution Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or SME.
• Strong knowledge of OMS, trading platforms, order management, trade execution, settlement, custody, corporate actions, and margin trading.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, microservices, middleware, and messaging technologies.
• Knowledge of AWS, Azure, OpenShift, and Kubernetes.
• Strong database knowledge of Oracle, SQL Server, and PostgreSQL.
• Experience in system implementation, modernization, migration, testing, and production releases.
• Strong understanding of exchange connectivity, market data, clearing, settlement, and regulatory reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills:-

• Knowledge of UAE capital markets and regulatory environment.
• Experience with brokerage/trading platforms such as GTN, ZagTrader, TradeNet, Centroid, Broadridge, Fidessa, or similar platforms.
• Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud-native architectures.
• Experience working with exchanges, clearing houses, custodians, and financial institutions.

Education:-

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
