Job summary

MaxAccelerate is seeking a Managing Partner to launch and lead a tech recruitment division. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in tech recruitment, especially in contract and permanent placements. This role offers flexibility to work from anywhere globally, including Dubai, and provides a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission.

Lead the establishment of high-performing recruitment teams and develop strategies to drive growth in high-demand tech markets like AI and Software Engineering. This is a rare chance to shape a new division with significant equity stakes and support from experienced founders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in tech recruitment.
• Proven ability to build and scale recruitment teams.
• Experience in boutique, specialist recruitment agencies.
