Job summary

Logistiq is seeking an experienced Technical & Product Recruiter to support hiring across our Technology and Product organization. You will work closely with Engineering Managers, Product Managers and senior technology leaders to understand role requirements, identify talent, conduct initial assessments and build strong candidate pipelines.

The ideal candidate should have a hands-on sourcing approach, be able to distinguish between different technical skill sets and levels, and drive candidate

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Technical Recruitment / IT Recruitment.
• Strong understanding of software engineering, cloud, Dev Ops, data/AI, QA and product roles.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Naukri Gulf.
• Strong sourcing, Boolean search and talent-mapping skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple positions and stakeholde​r management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for Engineering and Product positions.
• Translate requirements into effective sourcing and screening strategies.
• Screen candidates for technical experience, role fit, motivation and progression.
• Build strong pipelines for active and passive candidates across tech roles.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, offers and onboarding.
