You will manage technology projects, collaborate with internal teams and external providers, troubleshoot issues and support data security initiatives to help the business operate smoothly. This role suits someone who enjoys solving problems and delivering practical tech-enabled improvements.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in technology operations or IT operations.
• Strong organisational and problem solving skills.
• Experience managing systems, projects and external providers.
• Good understanding of business technology and operational processes.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with different teams.
• A proactive approach to improving systems and processes.
• Based in Dubai.
