This Operations & Office Manager role is the operational backbone of the business: you will own RERA/DLD compliance, office and vendor management, HR onboarding, and financial administration, reporting directly to the founder. The business has recently added to its sales team and now needs the infrastructure to support that growth without regulatory risk. It is a rare seat for someone who wants to build a function, not maintain one. The role Own RERA/DLD licensing end-to-end: broker cards, Trakheesi permits, developer registration. Run the Dubai office: facilities, supplies, vendors and landlord relations. Screen and onboard new agents and staff, including visa coordination. Hold the company card; manage spend and liaise with accountants and lawyers. Build tracking systems so no licence, deadline or renewal is missed. Represent the company professionally to clients, investors, partners and vendors.
