Job summary

Noventiq India, Ltd. in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a legal professional to draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements. You will identify liabilities, indemnities, warranties, IP, payment terms, and termination risks while supporting sales and procurement teams.

You will maintain contract records, track renewals, and help develop standard templates and clause libraries. A strong English drafting ability and prior IT/tech contracting exposure are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent.
• 2+ years of PQE in contract drafting, review, and negotiation.
• Experience with IT/technology contracting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements.

• Support Sales and Procurement teams in closing deals by providing contract risk analysis and alternative positions.
• Maintain contract records, track renewals and expirations, and ensure smooth execution.
• Assist in developing and updating standard templates and clause libraries.
• Review and complete customer/vendor compliance documents.
• Coordinate with HR, IT, Finance, Admin to collect information for compliance submissions.
• Ensure consistency of compliance responses with company policies and legal obligations.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate awide range of commercial agreements.
• Identify, assess, and escalaterisks on liabilities, indemnities, warranties, IP, payment terms, andtermination.
• Support Sales and Procurementteams in closing deals by providing contract risk analysis and alternativepositions.

Compliance(Light)

• Review and completecustomer/vendor compliance documents.
• Coordinate with internalstakeholders (HR, IT, Finance, Admin) to collect information forcompliance submissions.
• Ensure consistency ofcompliance responses with company policies and legal obligations.

Qualifications& Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLBor equivalent).
• Previous experience with an IT/technology company or strong IT knowledge is preferred.
• 2+ years of PQE in contractdrafting, review, and negotiation.
• Familiarity with compliancedocumentation (COC, SCC, supplier forms) is an advantage.
• Strong English drafting andnegotiation skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, andcapable of managing multiple contracts simultaneously.
• Tech/IT sector experiencepreferred but not mandatory.
