Job summary

Al Tayer Group, via Al Tayer Insignia, seeks a Team Leader – Warehouse Operations on a 1-year fixed-term contract to supervise outbound e-commerce picking, packing and dispatch to ensure orders meet SLA and customer expectations.

You will mentor staff, coordinate with inventory and Personal Shoppers, and uphold HSE and housekeeping standards in a fast-paced luxury retail logistics environment across the UAE.

Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce outbound processes and order fulfillment.
• Proficient with MS Office and written communication.
• Working knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve inventory discrepancies from customer orders.
• Coordinate with warehouse inventory team for resolutions.
• Log order issues in Salesforce for timely resolution and future reference.
• Ensure picking/packing flow aligns with SLA for order handover.
• Support VIP orders by reserving stock as needed.
• Assist in BOL creation and communications for transfers.
• Guide and motivate team to improve performance and ensure quality work.
• Maintain HSE practices and safe conduct of tasks.
• Maintain housekeeping standards in the operations area.

Job Purpose

To support Warehouse Supervisor/Store Keeper in the Ecom Outbound operations, by managing the trouble shooting activities related to pick, pack and dispatch operations and to ensure customer order fulfilment within agreed SLA

Functional Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve the inventory related discrepancies identified from the customer orders
• Liaise with warehouse inventory team to get resolution for inventory discrepancies
• Report customer order related issues in Sales Force application for timely resolution and for future reference
• Ensure order picking and packing flow in line with warehouse order handover SLA
• Assist the Personal Shoppers in fulfilling VIP customer orders by reserving the stocks on request
• Assist in BOL creation and communications related to Brick and Mortar transfers
• Guide and motivate subordinates to enhance performance and produce quality work
• Maintain HSE practices in the working environment in order to minimize the opportunity of damage of property and injury to self and colleagues. Ensure self and team conduct tasks in a safe manner in line with HSE processes defined by the company.
• Implement excellent housekeeping standards within the area of operations

• 2-3 years relevant experience

Knowledge and Skills

• Good Knowledge in Ecom outbound operations gained through formal training or work experience
• Basic MS office knowledge and written communication
• Working knowledge in Warehouse management system
