Job summary

Al Ghurair is seeking a Production Leader in printing to guide finishing operators and support staff, ensuring high performance through motivation and clear expectations. You will identify skill gaps and coordinate training to strengthen capabilities and monitor output quality.

Responsibilities include scheduling, approving final finished product before bulk run, coordinating preventive maintenance with maintenance teams, and driving production efficiency across printing, binding, and packing

Qualifications

• Diploma or BE in Printing Technology.

Follow Up on Preventive Maintenance chedules

Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure timely servicing of Machines (e.g., Sheetfed , perfecting,Web ). Track machine health, document maintenance activities, and **escalate recurring issues to minimize downtime.**

Drive Production Efficiency in a Section

Analyze workflow gaps and implement process improvements to boost throughput. Optimize manpower allocation, reduce material wastage, and ensure seamless coordination between printing, binding, and packing stages
