Job summary

CCL Label Inc. seeks a Production Assistant – Finishing to support the finishing function within the Production department in Abu Dhabi, UAE. You will assist in moving finished label rolls, packaging for shipping, and palletizing for dispatch, while maintaining a clean and safe work area.

Responsibilities

• Move finished label rolls from the printing machine to the slitting machine.
• Assist the operator in monitoring production activities.
• Package finished products for shipping (boxing, labeling).
• Paletize finished goods for dispatch.
• Move waste from the assembly line to dumpsters.
• Keep the work area clean and maintain it.
• Turn off and lock out equipment when not in use.
• Perform other duties as assigned, such as core cutting, etc.

Skills, Knowledge, Experience Required

• Diploma in Printing Technology or industry-related qualification required.
• The ability to read and comprehend technical manuals.
• Must be able to communicate effectively.
• Should be efficient, focused, alert, and eager.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Should be able to carry out the packing and palletizing activity in an effective manner and dispatch of finished goods.
