Job summary

CCL Label GmbH in United Arab Emirates is seeking a Production Assistant – Finishing (all genders) to support the finishing and packing operations in the Production department. The role focuses on moving finished label rolls, assisting the operator, boxing and labeling finished goods, and palletizing for dispatch.

You will also help maintain a clean work area, manage waste, and ensure equipment is shut down properly when not in use.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist and carry finished label rolls from the printing machine to the slitting machine.
• Assist the operator in monitoring production work.
• Package finished products for shipping (boxing, labeling).
• Paletize finished goods for dispatch.
• Move waste from the line to dumpsters and keep area clean.
• Turn off and lock out equipment when not in use.
• Perform other duties as assigned (e.g., core cutting).

• Assist and carry the finished printed label rolls from the printing machine to the slitting machine.
• Assist the operator in keeping a close eye on the production work.
• Package the finished product for shipping (boxing, labelling).
• Responsible for palletizing of finished goods for dispatch.
• Move waste from the assembly line to dumpsters.
• Clean and maintain the work area.
• Turn off and lock out equipment when not in use.
• Perform other duties as assigned, such as core cutting, etc.

Skills, Knowledge, Experience Required

• Diploma in Printing Technology or industry-related qualification required.
• The ability to read and comprehend technical manuals.
• Must be able to communicate effectively.
• Should be efficient, focused, alert, and eager.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Should be able to carry out the packing and palletizing activity in an effective manner and dispatch of finished goods.
