Job summary

Iron Mountain in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a motivated Warehouse Supervisor to join our Logistics and Operations team. You will supervise order picking, goods-in, and goods-out while maintaining stock accuracy and ensuring timely delivery to meet customer requirements.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in warehouse or logistics operations, a Diploma in Logistics or related field, and strong knowledge of warehouse processes.

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Warehouse Supervisor to join our Logistics and Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising order picking, goods-in, and goods-out operations, maintaining stock accuracy, and ensuring efficient material delivery that meets customer requirements.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

• Supervise and control order picking, goods-in, and goods-out operations to ensure high accuracy with minimum handling and stock damage, while managing material handling equipment to achieve daily targets.
• Collaborate with customer service representatives, the operations team, and internal stakeholders to resolve customer concerns and achieve seamless operational outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards, 5S housekeeping principles, and organizational policies across all warehouse activities.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

• 2-3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, preferably in a team-leading or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse processes, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, dispatch, inventory control, and warehouse management systems.
• Proven ability in problem-solving, stakeholder management, performance management, and data analysis under pressure.
• Diploma or equivalent qualification, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehousing, or Operations Management.
