Iron Mountain is seeking an experienced SAP Extended Warehouse Management Specialist to join our distribution center operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing reliable system support, ensuring robust application performance, and maintaining seamless daily operations across the supply chain. Our distribution team collaborates closely to drive operational excellence and support critical business technology.

What You'll Do

• Provide level 1 support, perform system health checks, and troubleshoot warehouse management system related issues for the distribution center.
• Conduct user acceptance testing, regression testing, integration testing, and hyper-care support for new project implementations and system updates.
• Develop and update training materials, provide standard operating procedures to the shop floor, and assist teammates on system functionalities and technical processes.

What You'll Bring

• 4 plus years of experience in Systems, Applications, and Products - Extended Warehouse Management (SAP EWM) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong technology skills, including proficiency in data analysis tools to create queries and reports, alongside strong spreadsheet expertise.
• Proven ability in end-to-end customer implementations, stakeholder management, and serving as a technical single point of contact (SPOC) for operational inquiries.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, logistics, or an equivalent field.
