Job summary

Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab seeks a hospitality professional to oversee daily operations and lead a skilled team within a luxury resort environment. You will ensure guests are greeted and attended to with discretion, while coordinating staff across departments to meet service standards.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management and have 2–3 years of international hospitality experience, with an emphasis on guest services, vendor management, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience, preferably with an international hospitality company.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day activities, motivate and guide the team to achieve goals, and lead by example with compassion and integrity.
• Develop and implement timelines, delegate tasks, and brief staff on duties across departments.
• Ensure personnel, clients, and guests are greeted and attended professionally and discreetly.
• Compile duty rosters and advise on changes as necessary.
• Prepare reports and maintain filing systems.
• Manage stock, inventories, vendor directories, and contract agreements.
• Oversee vendor registration, code creation, price updates, and submitting purchase orders with accurate expense allocation.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
