Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab in Dubai invites an experienced Hotel Manager to lead daily operations, uphold exceptional service standards, and craft personalized guest experiences in a true luxury setting.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management, a F&B Health and Safety certification, and 3–5 years of leadership in a premium hospitality environment; you will oversee resources, budgets, and team development.

• Monitor cashiering functions, comply with procedures, and manage financial aspects like the General Ledger and budget.
• Suggest strategies to increase market share and optimize profits while controlling labor and expenses.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the team, ensuring regular training and full product knowledge.

• Maintain high cleanliness standards and adhere to health, safety, and grooming policies.Lead, motivate, and develop the team, ensuring regular training and full product knowledge.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management
• F&B Management Health and Safety Certification
• 3-5 ears of experience in leadership role and similar luxury, high-end work environment.
