Job summary

La Petite Maison Dubai, part of the world’s celebrated brand, is seeking a Team Lead to helm the floor. You’ll set the pace, lead your section by example, and ensure every guest experiences the LPM welcome with warmth and precision.

You’ll coach the team, keep service flowing during busy periods, know the menu inside out, and share passion for the French‑Mediterranean concept. Fluent English and a natural hosting presence are essential to thrive here at this premium waterfront restaurant.

Qualifications

Experience in hospitality, ideally in a premium restaurant.
Some experience leading or supporting a team.
Fluent English.
A natural host, warm and confident.
Calm when it is busy.
