Job summary

HUMAN-AI-Z Nexus Technology is seeking a Real Estate Team Lead to guide and grow our UAE sales team in Dubai. You will set targets, motivate staff, and drive deal closures while reporting on performance and progress.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of UAE real estate sales experience, leadership history, and strong communication/negotiation skills to build client relationships with landlords and developers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in UAE real estate sales.
• Experience in both Offplan & Secondary markets.
• Proven leadership/management experience preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
