Tiffany & Co. is seeking a Team Assistant for our Mall of the Emirates boutique in Dubai. You will warmly welcome clients and deliver an exceptional Tiffany experience, supporting operations and personalized service across the sales floor to drive guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates will have luxury retail or client-facing experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with colleagues and management.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-related roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven client service skills with ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome clients and ensure a memorable Tiffany experience.
• Enhance client experiences with hospitality and store amenities.
• Manage waiting lists and keep hospitality areas stocked and organized.
• Support wrapping, replenishing POS supplies, and tidying sales floors.
• Communicate service issues to management promptly.
• Assist with operations policies to improve store efficiency.
• Contribute to special projects as needed.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Ensuring clients are warmly welcomed, assisted accordingly and have a memorable experience commensurate with the Tiffany brand.
• Enhance the clients experience with hospitality and store amenities to create personalized experiences with the goal of positively impacting both sales and service.
• Accurately manage client waiting list, if applicable.
• Ensure hospitality area is fully stocked, orderly and clean.
• Communicate with management any potential service issues with waiting clients.
• Assist Client Advisors with wrapping items, replenishing POS and gifting supplies, and keeping all POS stations and sales floor areas neat and organized.
• Assist operations team with operational policies and procedures to ensure store operations run effectively.
• Assist with special projects as needed.

To be the next Team Assistant to join our Mall of the Emirates boutique, you will have:

• Previous retail or luxury retail or client-related experience
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong client service skills and the ability to prioritize while handling multiple tasks
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a diverse client base and collaborate with colleagues
• Flexibility to work traditional retail trading hours, including weekdays and weekends, late nights and holidays
