Job summary

Tiffany & Co is seeking a Team Assistant for its Mall of the Emirates boutique. You will warmly welcome clients and provide hospitality-driven service to create memorable experiences, while supporting client advisors and operations to keep the store running smoothly.

Ideal candidates have retail or luxury retail experience, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility for weekdays, weekends, late nights and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or luxury retail experience.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong client service skills and the ability to prioritize while handling multiple tasks.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and collaboration with colleagues.
• Flexibility to work traditional retail trading hours, including weekdays and weekends, late nights and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming clients warmly and ensuring a memorable Tiffany brand experience.
• Enhancing client experience with hospitality and store amenities to impact sales and service.
• Manage client waiting list where applicable.
• Keep hospitality area stocked, orderly and clean.
• Communicate potential service issues to management.
• Assist Client Advisors with wrapping items, restocking POS and gifting supplies.
• Support operations with policies and procedures to ensure store efficiency.
• Assist with special projects as needed.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Ensuring clients are warmly welcomed, assisted accordingly and have a memorable experience commensurate with the Tiffany brand.
• Enhance the clients experience with hospitality and store amenities to create personalized experiences with the goal of positively impacting both sales and service.
• Accurately manage client waiting list, if applicable.
• Ensure hospitality area is fully stocked, orderly and clean.
• Communicate with management any potential service issues with waiting clients.
• Assist Client Advisors withwrapping items, replenishing POS and gifting supplies, and keeping all POS stations and sales floor areas neat and organized.
• Assist operations team with operational policies and proceduresto ensure store operations run effectively.
• Assist with special projects as needed.
