Job summary

Role Description:

Responsibilities include working directly with children in small groups or one-on-one, assisting with behaviour management, and reinforcing key concepts in literacy and numeracy. The role also involves supervising children during transitions, playtime, and outings, as well as helping to maintain a safe, tidy, and inclusive classroom environment. The Teaching Assistant will collaborate with educators to track student progress, provide feedback, and support communication with families as needed.

Qualifications:

• CACHE Level 2 qualification (or equivalent) in Early Years Education or Childcare is required.
