Job summary

Paddington Education in Dubai is seeking a Teaching Assistant for a full-time on-site role. You will support EYFS-aligned lessons, prepare learning materials, and help organise classroom activities, working with children in small groups or one-on-one.

You will assist with behaviour management, track student progress with educators, and communicate with families as needed. The ideal candidate has CACHE Level 2 in Early Years or childcare, at least 2 years of nursery experience, and strong

Qualifications

CACHE Level 2 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare is required.
Minimum 2 years of nursery or early years experience.
Understanding of child development and early years learning frameworks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to collaborate with teachers, parents and colleagues.
Strong organisational and classroom support abilities.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and educational technology is a plus.

Responsibilities

Support EYFS-aligned lessons and prepare learning materials.
Organise classroom activities and work with children in small groups or one-on-one.
Assist with behaviour management and reinforce key concepts in literacy and numeracy.
Supervise during transitions, playtime and outings; maintain a safe, inclusive environment.
Collaborate with educators to track student progress and provide feedback.
Support communication with families as needed.
