Work Arrangement

EAL and Inclusive Education

• Teach across the required age and ability range while maintaining appropriate expectations for individual learners.
• Work with relevant professionals, including speech and language therapists, occupational therapists and educational psychologists, where required.
• Use assessment information and student performance data to support inclusive planning and progress.

Assessment and Reporting

• Assess and record student progress systematically.
• Maintain appropriate student records in accordance with school procedures.
• Use performance data to inform planning, learning interventions and student progress.
• Undertake student assessments as required by examination bodies, departments and school procedures.
• Prepare and present informative reports to parents.
• Attend and support parent and student events.

Qualifications
