Job summary

SEHA - Abu Dhabi Health Services Co. is seeking a professional to support the delivery of Performance & Talent Development Programs under the guidance of the Manager and Director.

The role must ensure activities align with PureHealths vision, mission and business strategy as pertaining to Talent Management and Performance. Responsibilities include managing the Performance Management Program, cascading the methodology to all employees, assisting managers and staff with performance appraisal,

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in performance management, data analysis and reporting.
• Experience in healthcare management industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Performance Management Program.
• Cascade the SEHA methodology to all employees and align the Organization Scorecard with the annual Performance appraisal.
• Assist managers and staff related to performance appraisal.
• Manage activities related to Performance.
• Analyze training needs for Managers and employees.
• Support the learning needs analysis process to identify learning and development needs.
• Participate in planning, organization and production of annual facility learning and development plans.
• Provide consulting services to managers related to career development.
• Coordinate administration, evaluation and audit of management training, leadership and supervisory activities.
• Prepare yearly individual career development plans with the Manager.
• Support Leadership Development Programs management, intake, succession planning, and cohort reporting.
