Job summary

Roads and Transport Authority in Dubai is seeking a skilled HR training professional to design, deliver and manage technical training programs. You will align training with performance plans and competency frameworks, and help grow internal trainers to strengthen knowledge transfer.

You will oversee training operations, calendar planning, workshops, and supplier coordination while ensuring budgets align with strategic capability priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR with relevant experience.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
• Experience in training operations and learning center management.
• Ability to conduct training needs analysis and identify competency gaps.
• Knowledge of building and managing individual development plans.

Responsibilities

• Support in training architecture, curricula and learning pathways.
• Integrate training with performance plans, competency frameworks and succession plans.
• Develop plans to qualify internal trainers and strengthen knowledge transfer.
• Manage training calendar with budget oversight and alignment to priorities.
• Coordinate technical training plans, workshops, and supplier matters.
