Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Dubai is seeking a skilled recruiter for IT roles. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in IT recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple roles under pressure. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and maintaining strong talent pipelines. Candidates with a Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, or related fields and 2-5 years of relevant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in IT recruitment, either in-house or agency.
  • Strong network of IT professionals, local and/or international.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand and analyze client requirements for IT roles (developers, system engineers, data analysts, etc.)
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate technical and soft skills
  • Coordinate technical interviews with hiring teams and gather feedback
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process – from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for recurring IT roles
  • Provide regular updates to clients or hiring managers regarding recruitment progress
  • Stay updated on current trends and technologies in the IT industry

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in IT recruitment (in-house or agency)
  • Strong understanding of various IT roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiar with sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and deliver under pressure

Preferred Qualifications:
