Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and analyze client requirements for IT roles (developers, system engineers, data analysts, etc.)
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate technical and soft skills
- Coordinate technical interviews with hiring teams and gather feedback
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process – from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for recurring IT roles
- Provide regular updates to clients or hiring managers regarding recruitment progress
- Stay updated on current trends and technologies in the IT industry
Requirements:
- Proven experience in IT recruitment (in-house or agency)
- Strong understanding of various IT roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiar with sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Ability to manage multiple roles and deliver under pressure
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business, or a related field
- 2–5 years of IT recruitment experience
- Strong network of IT professionals (local and/or international)
