Concentrix are recruiting a Recruiter to ensure staffing needs are met by identifying, attracting and onboarding top talent. You will work with multiple clients to assess hiring needs and interview candidates for various roles.

The role requires two years of relevant experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-velocity environment. You will use ATS/HRIS tools and maintain accurate records while upholding local hiring regulations.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience of 2 years and above.
• Previous hiring experience with call center / bulk hiring will be an added advantage.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet timelines on deliverables
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Self-starter, sense of urgency, works well under pressure, ability to work in high-velocity environment
• Sense of professionalism and ability to develop relationships
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to handle and maintain confidential information

Responsabilités

• Assist with recruitment programs implementation and administration.
• Receive, screen, and file resumes, background, and reference checks.
• Conduct initial screening interviews, telephone interviews, and/or face-to-face interviews with prospective applicants.
• Assist with recommendations to hiring manager on candidate hire, and partner with appropriate stakeholders to offer competitive compensation packages and facilitate negotiation with candidates.
• Source qualified candidates through various channels and maintain ATS/HRIS records.
