Concentrix Corporation in Dubai is seeking an organized recruitment professional to support program implementation and end-to-end hiring activities. You will screen resumes, conduct interviews, and collaborate with hiring managers to offer competitive packages while maintaining accurate ATS/HRIS records.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in recruitment, strong communication, multi-tasking ability, and a professional approach in a fast-paced, high-velocity environment.

Qualificações

• Relevant experience of 2 years and above.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Previous hiring experience with call center / bulk hiring will be an added advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with implementation and administration of recruitment programs.
• Screen and file incoming resumes, background and reference checks.
• Conduct initial screening interviews, telephone interviews, and/or face-to-face interviews.
• Assist with recommendations to hiring manager on candidate hire and negotiate compensation.
• Source qualified candidates via the internet, networks, colleges, trade associations.
• Maintain accurate records in ATS and HRIS, ensure compliance with local rules.
