Job summary

TASC Outsourcing in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition professional to drive end-to-end recruitment, from intake through onboarding. You will partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and job portals, and screen for skills, experience, and cultural fit.

You will manage interviews, offers, and follow-ups, while building a robust talent pipeline, tracking KPIs, and ensuring ATS compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in talent acquisition/recruitment.
• Strong sourcing, screening and stakeholder-management skills.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, Boolean search and ATS.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job briefing to offer and onboarding.

• Screen and assess candidates for skills, experience, salary, notice period, and cultural fit.

• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future requirements.
• Track recruitment KPIs, hiring status, and recruitment MIS.
• Ensure timely ATS updates and recruitment process compliance.
• Support employer branding and talent-mapping initiatives.
• Maintain strong candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the hiring process.
