Job summary

Kingston Stanley is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Officer with a focus on academic faculty recruitment and onboarding within UAE universities. You will source, screen, interview and onboard professors, coordinating with academic departments and university leadership.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s in HR or related field, UAE visa knowledge, and strong English communication (Arabic a plus). Salary up to AED 16,000 monthly plus health insurance.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Officer with a strong background in academic faculty recruitment and onboarding within established universities in the UAE.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in faculty recruitment and onboarding within a well-established UAE university.
• Experience recruiting academic professionals, including lecturers, assistant professors, associate professors and professors.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management and onboarding.
• Knowledge of UAE employment regulations, visa procedures and academic hiring requirements.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly when working with academic departments and university leadership.
• Excellent communication, organisation and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English is essential; Arabic language skills are preferred.
• Monthly salary: Up to AED 16,000
