Growth West Marketing in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a hands-on Head-hunter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to own end-to-end recruitment for high-volume sales desks in the CFD/Forex or broader financial services sector.

This delivery role requires proactive headhunting, onboarding support, and leadership of the in-house recruitment team. You will drive time-to-fill and quality hires while reporting to senior management.

Formación

• Proven experience in headhunting or talent acquisition for high-volume sales roles.
• Strong UAE HR knowledge, visa and onboarding processes.
• Track record leading in-house recruiters and delivering quality hires.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver end-to-end recruitment for retention and conversion sales roles.
• Directly headhunt candidates via LinkedIn, referrals and networks.
• Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, manage offers and onboarding.
• Build pipelines for recurring roles to reduce zero-start vacancies.
