Job summary

Dmcdubai is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist/Head Hunter in Dubai to lead end-to-end recruitment across European markets and UAE-based roles. You will headhunt, screen, interview, negotiate offers and ensure a smooth onboarding for new hires.

The role requires strong LinkedIn sourcing, English communication, and experience managing in-house recruiters while delivering KPI-driven results in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment.

Qualifications

• Proven TA / headhunting experience for retention, conversion and sales roles.
• Mandatory experience hiring in Europe with a wide candidate network.
• Based in the UAE with knowledge of UAE HR, visa and onboarding processes.
• Excellent English communication, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Proactively headhunt experienced candidates through LinkedIn and networks.
• Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, manage offers and joining dates.
