The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in Talent Acquisition, strong communication skills, and proficiency with LinkedIn and job portals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–5 years in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment, hospitality/F&B preferred.
• Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, portals, agencies, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews to assess suitability.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers for a smooth process.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future roles.
• Recruit for operational and corporate positions within catering.
• Develop relationships with candidates, agencies, and partners.
• Ensure timely closure of vacancies while upholding quality standards.
• Maintain recruitment records and provide regular hiring reports.
• Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns on LinkedIn and other platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through Linked In, job portals, recruitment agencies, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.
• Recruit for both operational and corporate positions within the catering business.
• Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, agencies, and other recruitment partners.
• Ensure timely closure of vacancies while maintaining quality hiring standards.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular hiring reports.
• Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns on Linked In and other platforms.
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and applicable employment regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment, preferably within catering, hospitality, F&B, or a related industry.
• Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Linked In and recruitment platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
• UAE/GCC recruitment experience will be an advantage.
