Job summary

Julphar is seeking a Specialist - Talent Acquisition & Capability Assessment to drive end-to-end recruitment, partner with hiring managers, and lead competency-based assessments. The role requires 3-5 years in talent acquisition with exposure to assessment centers and psychometric tools, preferably in pharma or healthcare, and fluency in English and Arabic.

The candidate will coordinate with HR partners and maintain recruiter data in ATS.

Qualifications
