Julphar is seeking a senior procurement professional to lead the full-cycle P2P process for CAPEX, OPEX, and services. You will drive strategic supplier sourcing, contract negotiation, and end-to-end issue resolution from delivery to payment, ensuring GMP-QMS compliance.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in pharma procurement, with SAP/Ariba proficiency, and strong data analytics (Power BI). This on-site UAE role offers exposure to global logistics and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualificações

• Minimum 10+ years in Procurement.
• Pharma procurement and CAPA/QMS experience preferred.
• Proficiency with SAP, Ariba, and data tools; Power BI and AI tools beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• End-to-end purchasing: PR processing, RFQs, SAP PO creation for indirect procurement.
• Sourcing & negotiation: identify suppliers, negotiate terms, manage freight and forwarder selection.
• Logistics & delivery: oversee international logistics, MOH approvals, customs clearance, timely delivery.
• Compliance, quality & audit: manage GMP-QMS activities, CAPA, deviations, ISO 14001 (HSE).
• Internal controls: design/test controls aligning procurement with risk matrices and audits.
• Stakeholder & vendor management: maintain vendor relations and collaboration with Finance for payments.
• Reporting & analytics: track KPIs like open PRs, PO volume, and cost savings.
