Job summary

Confidentiel is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for healthcare professionals and non-clinical staff in the UAE. You will source candidates through healthcare networks, coordinate with clinical leaders and ensure DHA/DOH/MOHAP licensing requirements are met.

You will negotiate offers, manage applicant tracking, and build pipelines for doctors, nurses, and allied health roles, while collaborating with HR for smooth onboarding.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within healthcare in UAE.
• Experience recruiting doctors, nurses, allied health professionals, and healthcare staff.
• Good understanding of UAE healthcare licensing processes and credential verification.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and job portals.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for doctors, nurses, allied health professionals, and non-clinical staff.
