Job summary

Binance Accelerator Program seeks a creative and detail-oriented BAP with a background in instructional design, content creation, or employer branding to collaborate with senior recruiters on branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.

You’ll assist with sourcing and posting roles across platforms, coordinate interviews, and maintain the ATS (Greenhouse/Lever). This role offers exposure to international partners and a fast-paced tech environment in the UAE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Strong interest in recruitment, HR, or talent strategy; internship considered a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working in an international, tech-driven environment.
• Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn.
• English is required to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assist with sourcing and screening candidates across tech roles.
• Manage job postings across platforms (LinkedIn, internal ATS, local job boards).
• Coordinate interview schedules, feedback collection, and candidate communication.
• Help maintain accurate and up-to-date data in our ATS (e.g., Greenhouse/Lever).
• Support market mapping and competitor research to support hiring strategies.
• Support employer branding campaigns and recruitment projects.
• Participate in weekly team syncs and hiring manager meetings.
• Identify and suggest process improvement ideas based on observations.
