Job summary

Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) is a 3-6 month internship designed for early career talent to gain hands-on experience in the digital assets space. You will work with senior recruiters to develop engaging employer branding initiatives, recruitment campaigns, and candidate engagement strategies.

This role offers exposure to sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and market research in an international tech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR, psychology, business, or communications.
• Interest in recruitment, HR, or talent strategy; internship a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with sourcing and screening candidates across tech roles.
• Manage job postings across platforms (LinkedIn, ATS, local boards).
• Coordinate interview schedules, collect feedback, and communicate with candidates.
• Help maintain accurate data in our ATS (Greenhouse/Lever).
• Support market mapping and competitor research for hiring strategies.
• Support employer branding campaigns and recruitment projects.

You’ll collaborate with senior recruiters to develop engaging employer branding initiatives, recruitment campaigns, and candidate engagement strategies.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with sourcing and screening candidates across tech roles.
• Manage job postings across platforms (LinkedIn, internal ATS, local job boards).
• Coordinate interview schedules, feedback collection, and candidate communication.
• Help maintain accurate and up-to-date data in our ATS (e.g., Greenhouse/Lever).
• Support market mapping and competitor research to support hiring strategies.
• Support employer branding campaigns and recruitment projects.
• Participate in weekly team syncs and hiring manager meetings.
• Identify and suggest process improvement ideas based on observations.
